The Plate
6oz Australian Wagyu Sirloin | $34.99
Seared to perfection, featuring a BMS 5–6, meaning seriously fine marbling for that signature buttery texture and deep, rich flavour.
Served with creamy mashed potatoes, charred asparagus, and rich red wine jus.

So, What Makes Wagyu So Special?
Wagyu literally means “Japanese cattle” and refers to cattle breeds known for their exceptional marbling. It originated in Japan, but today Wagyu is raised in several countries — with Australia being one of the three major Wagyu-producing countries, and
the home of our steaks.
So, what makes it different? It’s all in the genetics.
Wagyu develops exceptionally fine marbling throughout the meat, creating a richer flavour, incredible tenderness and that famously buttery texture. The unique fat and extra time and care required to produce it are also part of what makes Wagyu a premium steak.
In short, Wagyu isn’t just a fancy name — it’s a completely different eating experience.
